Baller Carts is a brand operated by PZP Pty Ltd trading as Baller Carts (ABN 14 603 327 902) (“Baller Carts”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based at 1/6 Quantum Link, Wangara, Western Australia 6065.
We’re committed to handling your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect through ballercarts.com.au, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you use our website, we may collect:
- Contact and enquiry details — name, email address, phone number and any message you provide through the Contact, Carts, or Fleet & Events forms (for example, when reserving a cart, registering interest in a pre-order, or asking a question).
- Order and delivery details, if and when online checkout goes live — billing and delivery information needed to fulfil an order. We don’t store full payment card details ourselves; these are handled by our payment gateway.
- Website usage data — collected automatically through cookies and analytics/advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, used to understand how the site is used and to measure our WA-targeted advertising.
How we collect it
Most of what we hold, you give us directly — by filling in a form on the site or contacting us by phone or email. Some information (device type, pages viewed, referral source) is collected automatically through cookies when you browse the site.
Why we collect and use it
We use your information to:
- respond to enquiries and reservations, and arrange pickup or delivery of a cart;
- process orders and payments once online checkout is available;
- send updates relevant to a reservation, order, or enquiry you’ve made;
- run and measure the performance of our advertising (currently WA-only, on Meta platforms);
- improve the website and understand how visitors use it.
We don’t use your information for any purpose beyond these without telling you.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:
- our website hosting and email providers, so the site and forms work;
- a delivery or courier partner, if you’ve asked us to arrange delivery;
- our payment gateway, once online payment is available, to process a transaction;
- Meta and/or Google, in aggregated or pseudonymised form, for advertising and analytics;
- anyone else where we’re required to by law.
Data sent overseas
Some of the services above (for example, Meta’s and Google’s advertising and analytics platforms) may store or process data on servers outside Australia. By using the site, you understand your information may be handled this way as part of those services’ normal operation.
