Baller Carts is a brand operated by PZP Pty Ltd trading as Baller Carts (ABN 14 603 327 902), 1/6 Quantum Link, Wangara, Western Australia 6065. By using this site, you accept these terms.
1. About this website
Information on this site is general in nature and provided to help you learn about the RBL-2 and Baller Carts. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to sell — a sale is only confirmed once agreed in writing between you and Baller Carts, including price, colour, and any deposit or payment terms.
2. Vehicle classification and lawful use
RBL-2 carts sold by Baller Carts are imported under a Not-A-Road-Vehicle (NARV) declaration. They are not registered or licensed for use on public roads in Western Australia.
You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with all relevant WA Department of Transport rules, local council requirements, and any other applicable law before using your cart anywhere other than private property — including on golf courses, private estates, or at events. Baller Carts makes no representation that the cart is lawful to operate in any particular location, and takes no responsibility for fines, penalties, or other consequences arising from unlawful use.
3. Performance and specification claims
Specifications published on this site (motor output, range, braking, dimensions, and so on) are the manufacturer’s figures for the RBL-2 as imported, and can vary with terrain, load, battery condition, and other real-world conditions.
Where we describe the RBL-2 as faster than 20km/h-capped competitors, this is a comparative statement, not a published top speed — the cart’s actual configured speed is set in line with its import declaration. Colours and finishes shown in photos may vary slightly from the unit you receive due to lighting, screen display, or production batch, and any accessories shown are only included where specifically listed against that cart or offer.
4. Pricing and offers
Prices shown are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, and correct at the time of publishing — they may change without notice until a specific unit is reserved and confirmed in writing. Launch offer items (sound bar, esky, golf ball & club cleaner, sand bottle) are available while stated stock lasts, one set per cart, with no cash alternative, and are subject to availability being confirmed at the time your reservation is accepted.
5. Reservations, pre-orders and orders
Submitting a “Reserve,” “Pre-Order,” or enquiry form is an expression of interest, not a binding purchase. A sale is only confirmed once Baller Carts has contacted you to confirm the unit, price, and any deposit, and that has been agreed in writing.
6. Warranty
Each RBL-2 is covered by a 24-month warranty on the complete vehicle and 5 years on major components, as advertised. Full written warranty terms are provided at the time of sale. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including the consumer guarantees that apply regardless of any warranty period, and regardless of whether an item was purchased on offer or at full price.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZP Pty Ltd trading as Baller Carts excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or a cart purchased through it. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
