Refund and Returns Policy

Baller Carts is a brand operated by PZP Pty Ltd trading as Baller Carts (ABN 14 603 327 902), 1/6 Quantum Link, Wangara, Western Australia 6065.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Every RBL-2 comes with guarantees that can’t be excluded, including that it’s of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matches its description. If a cart has a major failure, you can choose a refund, a replacement, or compensation for any drop in value. For a failure that isn’t major, we’ll repair it within a reasonable time — and if we can’t, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund. These rights apply regardless of this policy, regardless of any warranty period, and regardless of whether the cart was purchased at full price or as part of a launch offer.

Change of mind

Each RBL-2 is imported and workshop-prepped against confirmed orders, so we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds once a cart has been paid in full and handed over or delivered.

A “Reserve” or “Pre-Order” submitted through the website is an expression of interest only, not a binding order (see our Terms & Conditions). Where a deposit is taken to secure a cart, the specific refund terms for that deposit — including any cancellation window — will be confirmed in writing at the time it’s paid.

Faulty or damaged carts

Every RBL-2 is covered by a 24-month warranty on the complete vehicle and 5 years on major components. If something’s not right:

  1. Contact us at sales@ballercarts.com.au or visit the Wangara workshop, with a description of the issue and, where possible, photos or video.
  2. Wherever we can, we’ll repair the fault in-house at our own workshop — that’s the advantage of buying from a business with a dyno bay and a mechanic on staff, not just a warehouse.
  3. If the fault turns out to be a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund, replacement, or compensation instead of a repair.

Full written warranty terms are provided at the time of sale.

Damage in transit

If your cart is delivered rather than picked up from the workshop, check it over before you sign for delivery where you can, and let us know at sales@ballercarts.com.au within 48 hours of any transit damage you find. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement parts, or — for serious damage — a replacement cart, at no cost to you.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is owed, it’s paid back to your original payment method. We’ll confirm the amount and timeframe with you directly when a refund is agreed — there’s no online checkout yet, so every refund is handled personally rather than through an automated system.
